How much does customisation cost?
Every piece is quoted on its design — the area covered, the type of handwork, the garment and your deadline. Send us a reference image and you get an exact price before we start.
Can you work on a garment I already own?
Yes. Send a photo of the piece with your reference and we'll tell you what's possible on that fabric.
What should I send you?
A reference image or sketch of the design, a photo of your garment (if you have one), your size, and the date you need it by.
How long does it take?
Embroidery work usually takes 10–15 days once your order is confirmed. We confirm the ready date with your quote — for festivals and gifts, order early.
Do you need an advance payment?
Yes — custom orders are paid 100% in advance. You get a clear quote first, so there are no surprises.
Do you ship?
Yes — we ship across India with tracked delivery. Shipping for custom pieces is confirmed with your quote.
