How is the price decided?

Every custom piece is quoted on its design: the fabric, how much handwork it needs (embroidery, crochet, painting) and the time it takes. You get the price before we start.

Can you work on a garment I already own?

Yes. We can add embroidery, fabric painting or crochet details, alter the fit, or restyle it.

What do I need to send you?

A reference photo or sketch, the occasion and date, and your size or measurements. We can guide you through measuring.

How long does a custom order take?

Stitching & alterations: 3–5 days
Custom dresses & sets: 7–10 days
Embroidery & fabric painting: 10–15 days
Chaniya choli, ghagra & lehenga: 15–21 days
Crochet: 3–7 days

Times start once your order is confirmed. We confirm the ready date with your quote — for festivals, order early.

Do you need an advance payment?

Yes — custom orders are paid 100% in advance. We start work once payment is received. You get a clear quote first, so there are no surprises.

Do you ship custom orders?

Yes — we ship across India with tracked delivery. Shipping for custom pieces is confirmed with your quote.
